Shift Engineers & Shift Leaders
Salaries £35k to £50k
UK wide – including London, Croydon, Redhill and Milton Keynes

Based on-site with one of our major customers, you will be a key member of the Critical Engineering Services contract team, working on a shift basis to deliver building maintenance 24:7 and see that agreed service levels and customer expectations are not only met but exceeded. This will encompass planned preventative maintenance, reactive works on building plant, equipment and systems, installation and repairs, plus the provision of a highly responsive site engineering emergency service.

As well as a formal engineering training, including 17th Edition electrical regulations, we are looking for comprehensive mechanical/electrical engineering maintenance experience – on pumps, motors, valves and, ideally, cooling towers or evaporative cooling systems. A strong customer focus and excellent communication ability must be supported by up to date knowledge of building management systems, ACOPs, health and safety and fire, environmental and building control.
